SBOANJ election, general meeting on Oct. 19

Manalapan, NJ — The Standardbred Breeders and Owners Association of New Jersey (SBOANJ) election and general meeting will take place on Oct. 19.
Anyone interested in running for director positions in the breeder, owner or driver/trainer categories may do so. There are two positions open in both the breeder and driver/trainer categories and one in the owner category.
Interested candidates must send a letter of intent to the SBOANJ office by Aug. 24, no later than 45 days prior to the date of the election as stated in the by-laws, or may drop their letters off in person. In order to qualify, a candidate must have been an active member in the designated category in which they wish to run for at least two years.
