Manalapan, NJ — The Standardbred Breeders and Owners Association of New Jersey reminds all mare owners of the requirements for its Resident Mare Rebate Program.

All applications must be submitted with the USTA foal registration (a basic USTA Pathway horse report is acceptable proof for the program) no later than Oct. 31, 2022.

SBOANJ staff has recently received applications for the rebate program without USTA foal registrations attached. These will be considered incomplete applications; mare owners will not receive rebates if the USTA foal registration is not received by Oct. 31, 2022. Owners are advised to send them in immediately if they have not already done so.
