Columbus, OH — Eldorado Scioto Downs has written series for Ohio-bred 2-year-olds of both sexes and gaits, starting next week. The condition is non-winners of one pari-mutuel race or $7,500 lifetime, with each leg going for $9,000 and the finals estimated at $17,000.

Trotting colts and fillies will start on Tuesday (July 27); the box closes on Friday (July 23) at 2 p.m. The second leg for trotters will be on Aug. 3, with the final on Aug. 17.

The first leg for 2-year-old filly pacers will be on Wednesday (July 28), with the second leg scheduled for Aug. 4 and the final on Aug. 18.

The series for 2-year-old colt pacers will start on Aug. 5 due to the Buckeye Stallion Series being held on July 29. The second leg is scheduled for Aug. 12, with the final on Aug. 19.
