Harrington, DE – Peter Venturini’s She’s Pukka N ($5.00, Tony Morgan) was a 1:52.3 wire-to-wire winner in the featured $20,000 Mares Open on Tuesday (April 27) at Harrington Raceway.

Brian Malone trainee She’s Pukka N set fractions of :27.1 and :55.4 before reaching three-quarters in a speedy 1:23.4 with My Kiwi Lady N in the pocket. In deep stretch, She’s Pukka N outlasted My Kiwi Lady N, while Feeling Sweet surged well late to grab third. A 6-year-old Betterthancheddar mare, She’s Pukka N notched her 16th career win. It was one of four wins on the card for Morgan.

Allan Davis had a driving triple for the second consecutive night.
