Singing Saint was a 1:52 winner in the Open Pace on Monday.

The race was named in honor of the Delaware Breast Cancer Coalition, a non-profit organization aimed at increasing awareness for breast cancer in The First State. Volunteers from the DBCC were on hand selling harness horse bracelets and other miscellaneous merchandise, with proceeds benefiting the DBCC. The aforementioned Singing Saint, a 6-year-old Lis Mara gelding, notched his seventh win of the year for his owner/trainer Stevenson, courtesy of a fierce charge in the stretch that catapulted him by his rivals for the win. Little Ben was second, with Special T Rocks third.

Montrell Teague and Bret Brittingham each had three winners on the program.
