Yonkers, NY — The SOA of NY is pleased to announce that the 2024 SOA of NY/Yonkers Raceway John R. Brennan Scholarship application and rules are now available.

Application deadline is May 31.

The scholarship awards are $10,000 for first place, $5,000 for second place and $3,000 for third place.

The scholarship applicant or his/her immediate family member must be a 2024 SOA of NY member in good standing or the applicant can be an immediate family member of a backstretch employee (caretaker). Immediate family member means spouse or child.
