Southwind Frost is from the stakes winning S J’s Photo mare Freeze Frame.

The colt, named Southwind Frost, is from the stakes winning S J’s Photo mare Freeze Frame 1:53f ($293,815) and is a brother to the fast performer Cupcake 3,1:53.4 ($126,535).

E L Titan 4,1:51.2f ($702,473) is a son of Muscle Hill and the Garland Lobell mare Courtney Hall 3,1:55.4 ($118,986), a sister to the dam of Cantab Hall 3,1:54 ($1,442,303) and from the immediate maternal family of Andover Hall 3,1:51.3 ($870,510), Conway Hall 3,1:53.4 ($818,884) and Angus Hall 3,1:54.3 ($830,654).

He bred a limited book of mares last year while in training and is standing his first full season at stud this year at Tara Hills Stud in Port Perry, Ontario for a fee of C$7,500.

Farm Manager Laura Young said, “He is a big, strong, good looking colt with an attitude. He weighed in at 142 pounds and was up and nursing within 30 minutes. He looks a lot like Titan and is one of the nicest trotting colts we have seen at the farm. We are very excited and looking forward to the other E L Titan foals to be born this year. If they all look like Frost, all I can say is wow!”

E L Titan stands at Tara Hill Stud, under the management of Southwind Farms.
