Matt Sparacino offers his picks for the $5,000 Pick-4 at Harrington Raceway on May 31, part of the USTA Strategic Wagering program. Harrington Raceway Pick-4, races 3-6, Tuesday, May 31, 2011 $1 play: 137/34/1346/5 = $24 Analysis: I think you have to spread out in the first and third legs, especially in this Pick-4. (1) Mom’s Toy went an impressive mile last start after trying to leave the gate and having to take back. She was still able to gather momentum late and charge home for a share of the trifecta. (3) Fussy’s Bad and (7) Ashley’s Lucky Lady both have wins here this season and are logical contenders. In the second leg, (3) Painted Princess and (4) JK RU Bettor Yet exit races where they faced tougher. The third leg is very competitive and I elected go four deep here with (1) Ideal Observation, (3) Pacific Philly, (4) Itz Cherry Ripe N and (6) Bling. The last leg features a red hot RE’s Mary who has won three straight races and came through as a single on our ticket last week. Best of luck!
