Cream Ridge, NJ — The Standardbred Retirement Foundation, (SRF) is grateful to its wonderful homes, fosters, and boarding facilities that are always on time with their semi-annual veterinary follow-up form. Spring forms are due on Wednesday (May 15).

With approximately 3,000 adoptions, SRF depends on the efforts of everyone to have these forms returned on time. Reaching out to those who are tardy prevents use of funds to help other horses. The form is on the website at AdoptaHorse.org. It can be printed, or the veterinarian can fill it out online and press send. We have also attached it for your convenience.

Forms for address changes are also on the website, addresses must remain current for each horse.
