Freehold, NJ — On Feb. 1, the USTA conducted a phone seminar on the topic of “Stallion Selection for Small Breeders.” More than 50 members participated, with insights from Joe Thomson (owner) and Garrett Bell (operations manager) of Winbak Farm, along with Dr. Bridgette Jablonsky (manager) of Hanover Shoe Farms.

Also participating was the USTA’s Manager of Information and Research, David Carr, who spoke about the statistical resources available on www.ustrotting.com that can help a breeder select a stallion for his mare.
