Among the Standardbreds that participated were Jacqueline Ingrassia’s retired standout performer Goalfish. All of the Standardbreds who participated are retired pacers and trotters except for one mare, Rusty’s Martini, who is presently owned and trained by Michael Fiumenero. She is a current claiming pacing mare whose time in between races includes pleasure riding, with this event being her first trail ride.
