Chicago, IL — The Illinois Racing Board has an immediate job opening for a State Steward for harness racing at Hawthorne Race Course.

At least one year of harness official experience is preferred, as well as accreditation from the Racing Officials Accreditation Program.

The position requires familiarity with the administrative rules and statute. Also, two-plus years of supervisory or management experience is preferred.
