Steven Wolf named president of StableTracker.com

Ft. Lauderdale, FL — Joel Benson, Chairman of the Board of StableTracker.com, a financial management software system for the horse racing industry, announced today that Steven Wolf has been named the company’s president.

Wolf, a racing publicist and track executive for 30 years, will spearhead the new software company that is expected to debut in early 2012.

StableTracker.com, based in Ft. Lauderdale, plans to service the financial management needs of all racing and show industry horse breeds throughout North America.

“We are very impressed with the experience and knowledge of the racing industry that Steven Wolf will bring to the table,” Benson said. “And we are confident that he will make a positive, lasting impact on our organization.”

Wolf, who will start immediately as president of the company, currently is the 1st vice president of the U.S. Harness Writers Association and president and co-founder of Pompano Has Heart, a not-for-profit disaster relief program.

Wolf is the former senior director of racing operations and director of marketing for the Isle Casino & Racing at Pompano Park. Previously he was the director of marketing and public relations at Freehold Raceway and assistant executive director of the Standardbred Breeders and Owners Association of New Jersey. He is the former chairman of the board of the Greater Pompano Beach Chamber of Commerce.
