The Swedish international yearling sale, which originally was to be held last Tuesday (Aug. 18), but was postponed to Sunday (Aug. 23), had to be postponed again, now to Thursday (Aug. 27).

The sale is an internet sale with some of the finest yearlings in Sweden in the catalog. Until 3 p.m. Sunday everything seemed to work, but as the sale was to begin at 5 p.m. it became more and more difficult to access the sales site on the internet, and the organizer decided to postpone the sale again.

The bidding, which has been going on for days, has been lively and the top bid at present is 1.5 Mio. SEK — or approximately $170,000 —  for the colt, 142 On the Move, sired by Ready Cash and the first foal from the fine mare Move On.
