Analysis:

Race 7: (1) Momma Rock looked much improved from difficult posts at The Meadowlands in last two including a lifetime mark two back. Moves into 28% barn and gets the rail with only question being if she can handle the half-miler. (8) Rockturnal makes local debut for strong connections after breaking on the lead in the slop at The Meadowlands. Filly showed ability north of the border in first 3 career starts and can move forward despite draw and lack of experience around 4 turns.

Race 8: (1) Island Redemption drops off a tough uncovered try in the slop. (3) Lislea Miles had no shot from 8-hole but still managed to pace :55.4 final half passing 3 horses in the process. Moves inside in second try for slumping barn but has the back class to be a key player at this level. (4) Mixed Media was a game uncovered winner in first try for new barn. Remains at same level and figures to be tough again.

Race 9: (3) Rockstar Temper wired slightly lesser two back at The Meadowlands sandwiched in between wide trips from tough spots/posts through torrid miles, the latest finishing evenly through :54.1 final half. Switches to the half-miler and finds good spot. (7) Defiance N brushed and crushed weaker in fast mile making first start in 4 months. $330,000 career earner may have regained confidence with that mile and is more than capable of handling the bump up.

Race 10: (2) Vesuvio Grande has shown sharp pace finishing in fast miles in both tries for new barn. May brush past these from this spot. (4) Goddess’s Justin drops to winning level off good efforts against better.

Good Luck!
