The Hall of Fame invites the Stars of Tomorrow

from the Harness Racing Museum and Hall of Fame

Goshen, NY — With your help the Harness Racing Museum & Hall of Fame can make the 2008 stallion breeding auction its most successful fund-raising venture ever!

We are in the homestretch finalizing an outstanding group of stallions including Coventry, Revenue, Village Jove, and Hall of Famers Jate Lobell and Matt’s Scooter. If you have a breeding, or know someone who does and won’t be using it this breeding season, please consider donating to this very important fund-raising affair!

Income raised by the auction, over $265,000 since 1999, supports the Museum’s General Operating Fund; helping to ensure quality services, special exhibitions that include the highly acclaimed exhibit “A Drive To Win,” currently being presented in the museum’s main gallery, as well as educational programming. Our efforts help encourage new owners and fans! Last year more than 26,000 people visited the facility and its traveling exhibits have been seen by nearly 500,000 people!

An important reminder: payments received for donations of stallion breedings may be considered by the donor as charitable contributions for income tax purposes.
