Pompano Beach, FL — The Isle International Amateur Series will be held March 12-13, 2016, at the Isle Casino Pompano Park.

There will be in excess of $5,000 to be donated to charities of the top three drivers in the six-race series.

The series will consist of drivers representing nine European countries, one New Zealand representative, along with one USA representative driver.

USA drivers wishing to be eligible will be required to pay in $200 prior to Nov. 15, 2015. Any drivers paying after Nov. 15 will be required to pay $300. The USA representative will be determined by FADC series point leader standings prior to Feb. 14, 2016. The point and eligibility series schedule will run from Oct. 4, 2015 through Feb. 14, 2016.

The races will be the regular FADC races held at the Isle Casino Pompano Park. Currently, Pompano has scheduled weekly $5,000 claiming and $7,500 claiming races.

Points also will be awarded for the Event No. 18 late closer series with legs scheduled for Dec. 19 and Dec. 26, and the final on Jan. 2, 2016. The estimated purse is $12,000. Please see the Pompano website for late closer nomination forms.

Drivers that race, but not paying a nomination fee, will not receive points.

Drivers will utilize their best 12 drives to determine their point total.

In the event of a point tie, the USA representative will be determined by the driver with the highest UDR of the eligibility series. Example: 12 starts and 12 wins would have priority over a driver with 15 starts and 12 wins.

Points will be awarded by the following formula: 1st Place = (S+5); 2nd Place = (S); 3rd Place = (S-2); 4th Place = (S-3); 5th Place = (S-4); 6th Place = (S-5); 7th Place = (S-6); 8th Place = (S-7); 9th Place = (S-8) etc.

The eligibility payment cut-off date is Dec. 21, 2015. Payments will be made to The Florida Amateur Driving Club.

These funds will be used to help pay for our international guests’ accommodations and expenses.

Eligibility Of Drivers: All USA drivers will be required to be a member in good standing with the FADC, FSBOA and a USTA recognized amateur driving club. Drivers must have a minimum of a USTA ā€œPā€ or Canadian ā€œDā€ license. The Isle and FADC reserve the right to reject any driver nomination for safety concerns.
