Washington, PA — The Meadows will offer six Holiday Claiming Series in December, each with two preliminary legs and championships worth an estimated $15,000-$20,000.

The series are:

• Filly & Mare $10,000 Claiming Pace
• Filly & Mare $20,000 Claiming Pace
• $10,000 Claiming Trot
• $20,000 Claiming Trot
• Horse & Gelding $10,000 Claiming Pace
• Horse & Gelding $20,000 Claiming Pace

Each series begins the week of Dec. 9, with all finals contested on Monday (Dec. 30). Nominations close Friday (Nov. 22). (Nominations postmarked Nov. 22 will be accepted).
