London, ON — Track officials at The Raceway have been forced to cancel Tuesday night’s (Feb. 14) program of racing due to rapidly deteriorating track conditions caused by sun and unseasonably warm temperatures in the London area. They deemed it would ultimately be unsafe for horses and participants.

The next program of live racing is scheduled for Wednesday night with a first post at 6:15 p.m.

Officials apologize for the inconvenience.

Horse people who arrived on site to race Tuesday are asked to notify the race office or racing manager Greg Blanchard at gblanchard@westernfairdistrict.com.
