Melrose Park, IL — A three-day Pick-6 carryover on Thursday and the $92,000 Maywood Pace on Friday will make for a busy two nights of action as racing resumes on Thursday (June 19) at Maywood Park.

The USTA and Maywood Park have announced a guaranteed pool of $15,000 for the Thursday Pick-6, which has a carryover of $4,283 and will start on the second race at approximately 7:30 p.m. (CDT).

The Maywood Park Pick-6 has a 20 cent minimum. This is a traditional Pick-6 and is not a jackpot wager requiring a single winner to take down the entire pool. The four day jackpot will be paid to the people that can correctly select the winners on races two through seven.

The Maywood Pick-4 will follow on races eight through 11 on Thursday. The one dollar wager offers a guaranteed pool of $7,500 and a low takeout of 15 percent. The Thursday Pick-4 pools are growing more popular in June, averaging $12,826. The Pick-4 is also doing brisk business on Fridays in June, averaging $15,940. The Friday Pick-4 has a guaranteed pool of $10,000.

Speaking of Fridays, Maywood will host one of its signature events, the $92,000 Maywood Pace, on June 20. The field of eight 3-year-olds will battle it out Friday in the ninth race with a post time of 9:50 p.m. Below is the field:
