Nichols, NY — Horsemen are advised that Tioga Downs is conducting a double draw for its opening weekend of racing.

Entries for both the Saturday (May 2-post time 5 p.m.) and Sunday (May 3-post time 1:30 p.m.) cards are due to the Tioga Downs race office no later than 10 a.m. on Wednesday (April 29).

Saturday’s conditions (1 through 24), marked with an “a” on the condition sheet, are for pacing fillies and mares along with trotters, while Sunday’s conditions (25 through 40), marked with a “b”, are for pacers and lower-level trotters.

Horsemen should also note that short-term money condition races are now based on earnings over a horse’s last four starts.
