Nichols, NY — Tioga Downs is seeking a Regional Senior Director of Facilities.

This individual is responsible for ensuring that all maintenance and EVS systems are in place and operating efficiently. Responsible for interaction with project departments, city, county and state agencies in order to maintain a good working relationship. Select, train, and supervise all Maintenance/EVS employees. Assist in budget preparation. Advise management of repairs, replacements and maintenance necessary in assigned areas.

Four year degree, or four to six years facilities or related experience and/or training. Prior experience with Harness Track Maintenance preferred. Excellent oral, written and strong organizational skill required. CAFO experience preferred.
