Tucson, AZ — Racing at HTA member Indiana Downs has been halted temporarily as the track seeks to remedy problems with its racing surface, which has taken heavy hits from almost constant rain this spring and summer.

The cancellation followed the death of a pacer that broke down in a race on Monday night, August 2.
