Pompano Beach, Florida – June 15, 2006 – Hyde Park Hussie N, fresh off her all-age track tying record for mares last week in 1:51.4, returns to take on Chip And Gale A Friday at Pompano Park Harness Track in the 10th race $10,000 Preferred-Handicap Pace for Mares.

Winning by three and one-half lengths last week, Hyde Park Hussie N brought an end to Chip And Gale A’s five-race winning streak. Starting from post seven for driver Bruce Ranger, Hyde Park Hussie N is listed as the 5/2 second choice in the race.

The 2-1 favorite is still Chip And Gale A despite her fourth place finish against Hyde Park Hussie N. A nine-year-old mare from Australia, Chip And Gale A has won eight of her ten starts since coming to Pompano Park. She starts from post six for trainer/driver Daryl Bier.

Another return winner in the field, also from New Zealand, is Tintabella N, who will race uncoupled in the wagering for trainer Daryl Bier. She starts from post two and has won five of her last six starts and her recent loss was only by a nose.

Also in the race and starting from post one is Kadijah, who co-owns the track record for mares with Hyde Park Hussie N. Kadijah first set the mark in 2003.
