Flemington, NJ — While blizzards tend to be hectic times at breeding farms, the hearts of Deo Volente staff warmed right up with the arrival of the very first foal by Hambletonian champion Trixton on Saturday (Jan. 23).

The Trixton filly is out of Amare Deo.

The dam Amare Deo is by Lucky Chucky from the accomplished Cherished Victory which places the bright bay snow angel in the middle of perhaps the most commercial family in trotting as the second dam is none other than foundation mare Keystone Profile.

It was the first foal for both Trixton and Amare Deo and an appropriate seasonal name will be selected for the snow angel.
