Plainville, MA — As a result of heavy rain and flash flooding predicted for most of New England on Tuesday (Sept. 18) due to the remnants of Hurricane Florence, Tuesday’s 12-race card at Plainridge Park has been postponed until Wednesday (Sept. 19).
