TVG Free For All series begins May 11 at Meadowlands

East Rutherford, NJ — The inaugural TVG Free For All series begins next Saturday night (May 11) at Meadowlands Racetrack.

The first event for trotters will be the $40,000 eliminations for the $200,000 (est.) Arthur J. Cutler Memorial Trot. The series conditions state that in the event that the Cutler does not require eliminations a $50,000 Open Trot will be offered to TVG series eligibles as a point bearing race. All TVG Opens are restricted to TVG series eligibles only. There is a $2,000 entry fee for the Cutler and $1,000 entry fee for the TVG Opens.

A $50,000 TVG series Open Pace is also scheduled for Saturday night. Conditions for this Open Pace mirror those for the Open Trot as listed above.

The $58,000 Hudson River Pacing series final will be raced on Saturday night as well.

Declarations for the above races will be taken by 9 a.m. on Tuesday (May 7).

The John Simpson Memorial 3-year-old trotting stakes will be raced on Friday (May 10). Those entries are due by 9 a.m. on Monday (May 6).
