French trotting star Un Mec d’Heripre was back in the winner’s circle at Cagnes sur Mer in France Friday night (Aug. 26) a fortnight after winning the Aby Grand Prix in Sweden.
Un Mec d’Heripre driven by Jean Michel Bazire was favored to win the third leg in the French TGV series and did so easily.
Bazire directed Un Mec d’Heripre to victory in 1.52.2, followed by stablemate Pascia Lest driven by Pietro Gubellini. Both are trained by Fabrice Souloy.
The purse for the winner was $90,000 dollars and Un Mec d’Heripre received another $33,500 dollars as the overall winner of the TGV series.
