Saratoga, NY — Upfront Kellie Jo (Bettor’s Delight) emerged victorious in her return to Saratoga on Sunday afternoon.

The Mark Ford trained mare has had success at the Spa in the past and in Sunday’s $18,000 feature, went wire to wire with Dan Cappello Jr sitting behind. Upfront Kellie Jo was fresh off a stint at Scioto and kept her winning way going in Sunday’s matinee by securing a front running win in 1:54.3.

The win put the classy 7-year-old over the $800,000 mark in career earnings. Longshot Briefly (Chris Long) closed sharply for second while Taylor Rei (Wally Hennessey) finished third.
