Magic Tonight was a winner in 1:51.4f on Friday.

Magic Tonight was in command from the start and was followed by another USA-bred, Nothing But Class, who was also sired by Andover Hall.

With this race Magic Tonight has blossomed as a candidate for the Elitlopp, to be raced in late May at Solvalla.

Noel Daley campaigned Magic Tonight in the United States, where he took a mark of 1:52.4f at The Meadows in 2012. Magic Tonight had North American earnings of $468,073 and was sold to Swedish interests last year. He is now trained by Roger Walmann.

In 2009 his dam, Miss Possessed, sold at Harrisburg to an Italian stud farm, but she is now owned by top Danish breeder Thomas Lind-Holm. Last year she foaled a colt by Andover Hall.
