Columbus, OH — The U.S. Trotting Association’s newly adopted rules that were approved at the recent annual Board of Directors meeting and the minutes from each of the committee meetings are available online on the USTA’s website by clicking here.

New rules and rule changes include revisions regarding dead heats, purse distribution, pylon violations, foal registration, Racing Under Saddle, as well as others.
