Columbus, OH — For the first time, the U.S. Trotting Association has published the full text of the various committee reports as adopted at the recently concluded USTA Annual Meeting.

Each committee discusses and votes upon the rule changes proposals pertinent to the business of that particular committee. The results of those votes are then forwarded to the Rules Committee, which makes a final recommendation to the full Board as to whether or not each individual rule or by-law should be passed.
