Altoona, Iowa — The annual meeting for USTA District 4-A was held on Saturday (Jan. 14) at Adventurland Inn in Altoona, Iowa. USTA Directors Royal Roland and Gabe Wand led a meeting of approximately 75 members through proposed rule changes and gave updates on the USTA.

USTA District 4-A includes members from Arkansas, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, Oklahoma and Texas.
