Columbus, OH — The USTA would like to congratulate Anita L. Cisco of Celina, Ohio, on winning this month’s Members’ Closet drawing.

Each month the Members’ Closet offers participating harness racing fans the chance to win great prizes, such as coveted photos from the USTA archives. This month Ms. Cisco won a print of Barberry Spur.
