Columbus, OH — The USTA would like to congratulate Neal Chilson of Clay, N.Y., on winning this month’s Members’ Closet drawing.

Each month the Members’ Closet offers participating harness racing fans the chance to win great prizes, such as memorabilia and coveted photos from the USTA archives. This month Mr. Chilson won a USTA logo cap from our online store.
