Columbus, OH — The USTA has coordinated a Standardbred booth at the 17th annual Maryland Horse World Expo Jan. 18-20 at the Maryland State Fairgrounds in Timonium.

The booth space will be in the Exhibition Hall, in space #2114. Staff and volunteers from the USTA, Preserve Harness Racing Group, Maryland Standardbred Race Fund and Horse Lovers United will man the booth for the weekend.

Show hours are from 12 noon-8 p.m. on Friday, 9 a.m.-7 p.m. on Saturday and 9 a.m.-5 p.m. on Sunday. General admission for each day is $10. For more information about the expo, visit www.horseworldexpo.com/MDmain.shtml.

Since 1996, the Standardbred Equine Program at the USTA has worked with off-the-track Standardbreds and their owners to educate the general public on the many disciplines at which Standardbreds excel once they are retired from racing.
