Columbus, OH — The U.S. Trotting Association’s rule book Apps found on iTunes (Apple) and Google Play (Android) are now updated with the latest rule changes approved at the 2015 Board of Directors meeting.

In addition, the updated Apps have added a new feature that allows users to search through the entire text of the USTA rule book.
