Columbus, OH — The U.S. Trotting Association is seeking a qualified and professional member services representative who will report directly to the Assistant Registrar.

The deadline to apply is Friday (April 15).

While this position is considered remote, there may be occasions when you will need to work onsite to attend team meetings or gather information, therefore the ideal candidate should reside in Ohio.

The member service representative will have direct contact with the public, members and non-members, on a daily basis.  The representative will process all aspects of registration and membership services, answer phone and email inquiries as well as assisting members through online services when applicable.

The position requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
