Harrington, DE – Breakaway Racing’s Valuable Art ($8, Corey Callahan) was a 1:54.2 winner in the $10,000 Mares Open Tuesday (June 16) at Harrington Raceway.

Valuable Art assumed the lead near the opening quarter mile in :27.3, where she would stay through the half mile in 57 seconds and three-quarters in 1:25.4 before opening up a three-length lead near the top of the stretch. Anytime N gained ground late to finish second while Lil O’Reilly held third.

Trained by Nick Callahan, it was the 23rd career win for the daughter of Art Official who is closing in on $500,000 in career earnings.

Tim Tetrick, Corey Callahan and Art Stafford Jr. each had a driving double.
