Ft. Washington, MD — Making just his second start in the United States, Vapour N edged Real Tough (Roger Plante) in the $12,000 Open Handicap Tue4sday night (March 15) at Rosecroft Raceway.

Pat Berry sent Vapour N first over at the five-eighths pole and wore down pacesetter Contraband Hanover (Jonathan Roberts) in 1:51.4. It was one of three wins on the card for Berry who has eight wins over the first three nights of racing.

Donald Dancer had a driving and training triple on the card, winning with Keystone Cocoa, Elusive Point and Ziegler Hanover from his barn. Roberts and Russell Foster had driving doubles.
