Vernon, NY — Due to insufficient entries, the racing program for Thursday (Aug. 9) at Vernon Downs has been canceled.

Vernon Downs will offer racing this week on Friday (Aug. 10) and Saturday (Aug. 11) with first post at 6:10 p.m.

Horsemen are also advised that the next draw to be conducted at Vernon will be Tuesday (Aug. 7) for Saturday (Aug. 11). The entry box will close at 9 a.m.
