Wiggle It Jiggleit takes over top spot in Poll

Freehold, NJ — Wiggle It Jiggleit remained undefeated with a win Saturday in a division of the Indiana Sire Stakes and moved to No. 1 in this week’s Hambletonian Society/Breeders Crown poll. The 3-year-old male pacer is perfect in eight starts this season and 9-for-9 lifetime.
Father Patrick made his seasonal debut on Sunday, winning the Maxie Lee Memorial Invitational by two lengths over Bee A Magician and debuts at No. 3 in the Top 10. His time of 1:52.1 equaled the Harrah’s Philadelphia track record for a 4-year-old male trotter.
Bee A Magician, a 5-year-old female trotter who was undefeated in her three previous races this year, dropped from first to second in the rankings.
Last season’s Horse of the Year, JK She’salady, made her first trip to the races on Monday and won a division of the New York Sire Stakes. She is the only other newcomer in the Top 10, appearing at No. 8. JK She’salady is undefeated in 13 career starts.
