Nichols, NY — The Driver Standings at Tioga Downs show a close race between three drivers on the money list, and with this being the final weekend to make a surge for the lead, it’s anyone’s to win. Corey Braden, Bruce Ranger, and Jim Morrill Jr. are all within $26,000 of each other with just this final weekend to go, and it’s anybody’s race.

Jim Morrill Jr. currently leads with $296,085 after last week’s Tompkins-Geers in which Morrill captured nine wins in three race days. Bruce Ranger is currently second on the earnings list with $280,396, followed by Corey Braden with $270,441; Braden currently leads all Tioga Downs’ Drivers with 41 wins. Jim Morrill Jr. is not driving at Tioga Downs this weekend, so the race will be to see if Ranger or Braden can catch Morrill and get into the Fourth Annual $40,000 Drivers’ Championship on Sunday, August 1.
