Mississauga, ON — Trot Insider has learned that horseman William ‘Peter’ Seaman, 64, died Feb. 24, 2014.

Mr. Seaman had not been active in the industry for the past few years due to health issues. He was a longtime trainer/driver that competed at Windsor Raceway, Meadowlands Racetrack and in the Greater Toronto Area.
