Columbus, OH — Willie Earl “Eggman” Jones, Sr., 72, died Sept. 5, 2013.

Mr. Jones was born June 14, 1941, to Climmie and Missouri Jones in Brandon, Miss. He was the eighth child of 13 born to this union.

He became ill suddenly on Sept. 5 while working with his horses. He was as avid horseman who often participated in racing competitions.

The family is comforted knowing that when he died, he was doing something he really loved.

His funeral will be held on Saturday (Sept. 14) at 11 a.m. at Pilgrim Rest Missionary Baptist Church on Trickhambridge Road in Brandon, Miss.
