Caledon, ON — Winbak Farm of Canada is the Canadian operation for Winbak Farms. We are the largest privately owned breeder of Standardbred racehorses in North America.

We are currently looking for a dedicated, energetic candidate to join our Winbak Farm of Canada team.

Location: 14709 Hurontario St., Caledon, ON

Type: Permanent Full Time, Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., 40 hours.

Salary: TBD

Setting: Office

Responsibilities
• Answer phones, direct calls, and assist customers in a professional courteous manner
• Communicate with other Winbak Farm locations
• Effectively manage accounts and provide exceptional customer service
• Perform general office duties
• Manage stallion breeding contracts
• Take breed orders, schedule pickups and flights for semen orders
• Organize and file paperwork
• Invoicing, apply payments
• Data entry
• Monitor and send reports
• Maintain a clean organized work environment
• Work in a team setting
• Ordering and maintaining of office supplies
• All other farm office duties that pertain to the safe day to day operation

Requirements
• Must have excellent organizational skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced office environment
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Outlook is a must
• Proven customer support experience
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Extremely punctual, reliable, and organized
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Team player with positive attitude and willingness to learn new tasks
• Post secondary in Business Admin. preferred
• An equine background is recommended
• Fluent in English mandatory, French is an asset
