Winbak Farm trudges through the snow

Chesapeake City, MD — All week the Mid-Atlantic has been blasted by two snow storms wreaking havoc across the region.
Winbak’s main farm, located right in the heart of the Mid-Atlantic, took on close to three feet of snow over the week and snowdrifts up to five feet in certain areas.
Winbak Farm, thanks to the maintenance team and dedicated individuals, was able to work through the arctic blasts, continuing to foal out babies, and pay close attention to Winbak’s herd.
Luckily enough, Winbak Farm did not incur much damage from the two storms and will be ready for the start of breeding season next week.
