Toronto, ON — Woodbine Racetrack has been forced to cancel its Thursday night (Feb. 17) program due to unsafe track conditions.

Unseasonably warm temperatures in the Toronto area affected the surface and despite the best efforts of Woodbine’s track crew, the track was deemed unsafe for both horses and drivers.

Simulcast wagering is still available throughout the evening at Woodbine.

Racing is scheduled to resume Friday evening (Feb. 18) with a first race scheduled for 7:10 p.m.
