Milton, ON — Woodbine Entertainment would like to remind all racing participants that nominations for its upcoming Winter Series events close this Wednesday (Dec. 1).

A total of 10 events, including four new events, will be contested over the course of December to March at Woodbine Mohawk Park, with all events featuring two preliminary legs and an added money final.

For this upcoming winter, Woodbine has added a pair of claiming series for Ontario sired 4-year-olds, plus the Ontario Boys and Ontario Girls for Ontario sired 4-year-olds. Horses entered in the claiming series are eligible to be claimed in all legs (preliminary and final).

The four new events join the returning Niagara, Valedictory, Blizzard, Snowshoe, Wine & Roses and Family Day.
