Yonkers, NY — Yonkers Raceway has canceled its live racing programs for Monday (Jan. 26) and Tuesday afternoon (Jan. 27) due to the impending blizzard that’s about to sublet the greater New York area.

Live racing is scheduled to resume Thursday night (Jan. 29), with first post at 7:10 p.m.

Afternoon simulcasting is taking place Monday afternoon, after which all simulcasting has been canceled until Wednesday (Jan. 28).

Horsemen are advised that the entry box for Friday’s (Jan. 30) card closes Monday at 11 a.m. and there is no draw Tuesday (Jan. 27). A double draw for Saturday (Jan. 31) and Monday (Feb. 2) takes place Wednesday (Jan. 28) with the box closing at 9 a.m. For more information, please contact the race office at 914.457.2627.
